英文邮件的基本结构

邮件标题
PART.01
在发邮件前,我们先确认使用学校电子邮箱发送,这样比较正式。首先,邮件的标题要简明扼要点明主旨。例如:
📚问作业:Question about (问题主体)
🤝约见面:Asking for an appointment
📞请假:Excused Absence
问候语与开头
问候语是邮件的开场白
即对收件人的尊称
应根据与收件人的熟悉程度来
选择合适的称呼
确保不会拼写错误
以免造成尴尬或误解
PART.02
💡一般格式:Dear➕title➕last name
💡教授/老师:Dear Professor➕last name Dear Dr.➕last name
💡已经上过该老师的课:老师说可以直接叫名字或昵称,Dear➕First name
💡打完招呼之后,要加一句问候语以示礼貌。例如 万能问候语“I hope you have a good weekend/holiday Hope this email finds you well”
邮件正文PART.03
礼貌问候之后,别忘了先向老师进行自我介绍,这是非常重要的步骤,不要一开始就直截了当地向导师提问!
自我介绍时,通常需要包含你的姓名、学号和所选修的课程编号。
例如,你可以这样写:“I’m a student (ID: XXX) enrolled in your
课程名称和课程编号。”这样的自我介绍有助于老师更精确地理解你所提出的问题,并能更快地给出相应的回复。完成自我介绍后,请直接陈述你的主要目的和写信的缘由。请尽量简短并突出重点,遵循准确、清晰、简洁的表达原则。
当你想表达意图或者寻求帮助时

当你是再次发送邮件时

当你想要寻求更详细的解释时

当你想要请假或者延期

当你是在回复邮件时

邮件结尾
PART.04
邮件结尾分为结束语和落款两部分结束语一般是期待回信,表示感谢,感谢老师为此付出的宝贵时间,例如
✅Thank you for your time and effort.
✅Many thanks in advance for your kind guidance.落款可以写Best wishes / Yours sincerely / Kind Regards...最后附上你的名字即可。

邮件小TIPS
1️⃣拼写与语法大检查
写邮件时,英文拼写、语法检查可是重中之重!正式的语气和敬语是必须的,那些表情符号和非正式缩写就免了吧。还有,导师的名字千万别写错哦!
2️⃣附件与收件人
有附件吗?记得附上!还有,再三确认收件人邮箱地址,不然邮件飞到外太空可就尴尬了。
3️⃣大写字母的雷区
别为了强调就全文大写,这样虽然醒目,但真的很不礼貌!
4️⃣耐心等待回复
邮件发出后,别急着催,给导师一点时间回复。耐心等待是种美德哦!
5️⃣每天查收邮件
学校和教授的通知大多通过邮件来,所以记得每天查看收件箱和垃圾邮件,以免错过重要信息。
6️⃣收到回复要确认
如果导师给了你答案或资料,一定要告诉他你收到了,并说声谢谢!这是基本的礼貌哦!
