美国化学奥赛是面向中学生的多层级选拔赛。在国家赛排名前四名的学生将代表美国参加国际化学奥赛。
Local Chemistry Olympiad Competitions（地方赛）是美国化学奥赛的初级选拔赛。美国化学会上海分会负责承办USNCO在中国地方赛的举办。受疫情影响，2022年地方赛将采取线上考试的形式，考试内容仍为选择题形式。

中国地方赛报名截止：2022年1月31日中国地方赛 ：2022年3月19日，星期六（拟定日期）国家赛 : 2022年4月23日-5月1日训练营：2022年6月6-17日国际化学奥赛：2022年7月10日-7月20日
报名须知
从2022年起，美国奥赛海外地方赛的参赛学生必须持美国护照或绿卡，非美国国籍学生，请勿报名。地方赛不再设立奖项，仅通知分数，并选拔优秀学生进入下一轮比赛。

2022 U.S. National Chemistry Olympiad (USNCO) is coming!
The U.S. National Chemistry Olympiad is a multi-tiered chemistry competition. The top four students of the national competition represent the United States in the annual International Chemistry Olympiad.
The Local Chemistry Olympiad Competitions is the first step in the U.S. National Chemistry Olympiad. ACS Shanghai Chapter coordinators oversee the administration of ACS Local Exam in China. In light of the continued uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Local Competitions will be offered virtually in 2022.

March 19, 2022: Local Exam in China (Virtual)
23 April - 1 May: National Exam
6 - 17 June: Study Camp
10- 20 July: IChO
