1、DR Division 题目

本次题目关注的是气候变化问题，要求团队以经济顾问团队的身份，就气候和工业生产提出建议。具体而言，团队需要阐明与减少排放和支持关键供应链行业相关的问题：当前对特定工业部门的严格控制政策是可持续的吗？阐明这一政策在整个经济体的成本和收益。然后思考是否有其他政策、这些政策的成本和收益是什么，以及为什么它们优于/低于当前的政府政策。题目中也要求团队进一步考虑这些政策的短期及长期影响。

For the efficiency problem, you may consider to answer the question based on productive, allocative, dynamic, distributive, Pareto or other types of efficiencies.

Essay:A number of things in your essay stood out to me. I like how your risk analysis included not only economic but financial risks as well, for example liquidity risk. I wish you had expanded more on that but a simple mention of liquidity risk provides this essay with a higher order level of analysis. On a very technical note for future essays, be careful with generalizing the values of multipliers. Multipliers differ vastly by country to country. Taking Batini's (2021) multipliers and using them in China might ideal.

Great work done in arranging the research content. Ideas are explicitly well laid out. However, try to label and descriptions to figures well done.

Presentation:Wonderful Performance and great policy sugesstion on green investment. Great team work compliance also. Keep it up.
