关于parieir dogs该不该被保护。阅读说不保护。
第一条， 是因为他们在草地底下打burrows，跟cattle抢草吃。听力反驳说这个观点outdated因为现在的cattle吃加工过的食物不和以前一样吃草，而且这个dogs（忘了是粪便还是什么东西，反正我当时直接写existence of it）可以使土壤更肥沃，有利于草的生长。
第二个点是这个dogs身上有传染给人类的疾病，有health hazard。听力说这些疾病不会传染给人类，举了个例子说哪个地方（忘了）只有10个人因为与dog接触得了疾病。
第三点是因为dogs吃草，处于食物链底端，不像食物链顶的生物有影响力，所以即使不保护也不会对整个生态产生影响。听力说dogs的burrow可以给别的生物提供住所，而且自身也是很多动物比如fox的食物来源，所以不保护的话也会对生态系统有负面影响。

Claire:
I don't think it's a good idea for entrepreneurs to go into business with family members. While you may have trust and share the same vision, family members tend to think too much alike. This limits new perspectives and innovation. There's also a higher risk of conflicts and messy situations arising between relatives that could hurt the business.
Andrew:
Working together with family members can really strengthen the family bond and shared goals. My uncle and cousins started a restaurant, and seeing them collaborate with that level of trust and commitment is inspiring. Though conflicts may arise, if you can resolve them, it'll make the family ties even stronger in the end.

讲的是传媒家族继承的故事。残暴老爸，废材二代。
讲的是老婆雇凶杀夫;儿子把老爹送到监狱的家族故事。
3. 可行的分论点：
应该一起开：
--家人一起开，有利于降低成本，增加收入。因为不用再雇佣人。
--更安全方便。都是一家人，彼此信任，不需要彼此防备。
--有利于家庭关系的和谐。大家都在一起，可以相互照顾关心。
不应该一起：
--会影响家人关系。可能会因为一些经营上的事情争吵，矛盾从而影响了家人关系。
--会不好管理。如果长辈做错事了，晚辈可能没法提出反对意见，从而影响家族生意。

I prefer not to run a business with my family, for it has a higher risk of ruining our relationship.When managing a business, whether it's a small restaurant or a big international corporation, it is inevitable to encounter numerous obstacles, such as devising a product that speaks directly to the target customers, or how to deal with fierce competition. At these moments, managers must go out of their way to listen to frontline salesmen; subordinates must also selflessly put forward feasible ideas based on their expertise.
Yet, integrating family into this equation often complicates matters. Elder family members, in an effort to guard their authority, are often reluctant to listen to younger siblings. Sometimes, they might even scold the young for a minor mistake, as they expect more from them.Similar scenarios have been constantly depicted by authors and television programs, namely Succession and The House of Gucci,where familial disputes over business escalate into enmity, showcasing a preference for personal gain over collective well-being.
