香港理工大学应用生物与化学技术系 (polyu abct) 田天组拟招博士生1-2名
研究方向：
课题组基于化学，材料，纳米科学等交叉学科，致力于合成功能性多孔材料及其纳米复合物，并研究其在气体储存、光催化、电催化等领域的应用。
课题组信息：
田天博士现任香港理工大学应用生物及化学技术系助理教授（Assistant Professor）。毕业于英国剑桥大学（导师：Professor David Fairen-Jimenez），在博士期间共同创立了研究多孔材料的公司Immaterial，后在英国帝国理工进行博士后研究 (合作导师: Professor Camille Petit)。目前致力于多孔材料在能源以及催化方面应用，在Nature Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, Accounts of Materials Research 等学术期刊发表论文20余篇；拥有4项国际专利。

- 文章发表：以第一或第二作者身份在JCR Q1/Q2分区期刊上发表至少一篇文章
- 英语能力：托福80分及以上，或雅思6.5分及以上

About the Positions：
TheMembrane Technology Group at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen,aims todevelop novel membrane materials and technologies for water and energy applications to address global environmental and energy challenges.
We have 4 PhD positions, 3 post-doctoral positions open now. The research directions include but not limit to membrane chemistry, membrane materials, membrane catalysis, MOF and COF membranes, 2D material membranes, nano-membranes, artificial intelligence, machine learning, water and energy applications, desalination, ion separation etc.
The research team has strong membrane research and application background, with advanced instrumentation for membrane synthesis, testing, characterization, and mechanism study, as well as rich collaborative resources.
About PI：
Prof. DONG has been working in membrane materials and membrane technologies for water and energy applications for 20 years. He has published 100+ peer reviewed papers in international journals (such as Nature Water, Nature Communications, Nano Letters, Environmental Science & Technology, Water Research and Journal Membrane Science etc., 21 papers as corresponding author in Nature-indexed journals) and applied 20+ patents.
