Admittedly, TV trials, particularly the live shows, may bring about negative effects as well. More importantly, in TV criminal trials, lawyers and judges may often pay more attention to their own personal images to the TV viewers, thus forgetting the real purpose of the trial, which is to find if a person is guilty orinnocentand in this way, the justice may be sacrificed.
