USABO美国生物奥赛，由Center for Excellence in Education组织承办，是美国全国性最具影响力的理科竞赛之一，旨在为高中生提供生物学习和竞赛机会，并选拔参加国际生物奥赛IBO的美国学霸。每年有近万名学生参赛。
As the premiere biology competition for high school students in the United States, the USA Biolympiad (USABO) is organized by Center for Excellence in Education, enriching the life science education of nearly 10,000 talented students annually. It provides the motivation, curricular resources, and skills training to take them beyond their classroom experience to the level of international competitiveness, and selects elite students to compete in IBO.
1、如何完成学生报名注册
How to Register for 2025 USABO
第一步：前往

第二步：选择考点
如果学生所在学校为官方授权考点，鼓励学生在自己高中报考；
胡杨翰苑为官方授权考点，如果通过胡杨翰苑考点参赛，请选择Populus Academy-Reston, VA。
Step Two:Select School
If your high school is a test center, please sign up via your own school;
If you want to compete via Populus Academy, please select "Populus Academy-Reston, VA" as Populus is a registered test center.
第三步：填写学生信息
完成填写确认信息无误后，点击submit。
提交后，学生会收到一封官方邮件，其中包含学生ID。学生使用该ID号登录，查看官方学习资源材料，以及查分。
请各位通过胡杨考点参赛的同学完成注册后，把账户ID和注册邮箱发给胡杨竞赛组老师一份备份，请务必记住自己的密码。胡杨项目内的学生如果怕自己忘密码的话，也可以把密码发给胡杨学术指导老师帮忙保存。
Step Three:Complete the Student Information
Please make sure all the information is correct before clicking "Submit".
Upon submitting your information, you will receive an email containing your unique ID number.The assigned unique ID number provides log in access to the site, ability to review reference materials in the Student Resource Center and access to check your exam scores.
For students who will competeat the Populus test center, please send youraccount ID and email addressfor registration to Populusproctor.Please make sure to remember your own password. For Populus in-program students,you may send the password toPopulus counselor incase you forgetit later.
说明：在本轮注册完成后，学生还需在考试平台AoPS网站上进行第二轮注册，将于2024年12月4日开放，2025年1月截止（具体日期待定）。2024年11月25日官方将举办线上讲座，说明关于在AoPS网站注册的一些更新。
Note:After this round of USABO registration, you will need to register on AoPS, the site for the contest. The AoPS registration will open on Dec 4, 2024 and close in Jan 2025(the exact date is TBD). USABO will hold a webinar about AoPS Registration on Nov 25, 2024.
